Blueline foods operates a world class manufacturing units at various locations few are on the seashore and are close to the raw material source .The use of advanced type of machinery enables us to maintain consistency in the quality of products supplied to our customers , resulting in their delight

Our quality of raw materials, assemblies, products and components, services related to production, management, production and inspection processes are at par with the international standards.

Quality Assurance Steps Taken By Us

  • No animal protein, flesh, or blood is allowed inside the factory premises.
  • The freshest of the fish is used in the manufacturing process.
  • A sample from every lot is first analysed in our own lab(for domestic & export) and then sent to another independent laboratory as per buyer requirement.
  • Proper cooling of the cargo excludes a mould or lump formation.
  • Only after the receipt of the test report of satisfaction from the reputed Testing Agency, the cargo is loaded to the container.
  • The whole cargo is fumigated to protect it from insects.
  • Periodic inspection, to ascertain the proper standards of hygiene, by the local Health officials is made to ensure stringent quality standards.
  • The company complies with all the procedures laid down by HACCP.
  • Our manufacturing plant is environment-friendly.
